The Arts Community Service Program focuses on bringing cultural experiences to both Club members and the Raleigh community.

Be a Part of the Arts.

The Woman's Club of Raleigh will partner with the Junior Woman's Club of Raleigh to sponsor the 2012 Arts Festival at the Woman's Club of Raleigh.

There are categories for Club members in visual arts, crafts, sewing, photography, literature, drama and public speaking. In addition to these categories, there are contests in music, voice and piano for students. The painting contest is open to students in grades 6 - 8.

All categories are open to students in grades 9 - 12. Cash prizes are awarded to student winners. The local Arts Festival is a part of the GFWC - NC Arts Festival with winners at the Club level advancing to District VI Festival and District winners advancing to the State competition. The Arts Festival competition is open to Home Schooled students. Contests require registration.
