Jim Hunt Library Tour (Education CSP)
Thursday - November 09 10:00am

Join the Education CSP for a Tour of the Hunt Library
On Thursday, November 9, the Education CSP is sponsoring a tour of the Jim Hunt Library (“library of the future”) on the NCSU Centennial Campus. The tour will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. beginning at the “bookBot” windows just inside the entrance to the building. Hourly parking is available in the Poulton Pay Lot across the street from the first floor entrance to the Hunt Library. Parking fees are $2 an hour.
Parking spots are numbered, and there is a pay station that accepts debit and credit cards only – NO CASH. If there is no parking available at the Poulton lot, the next available paid parking area can be found in the Partner’s Way deck which is a short five minute walk from Hunt Library.
Nine members have already signed up for the tour and there is space for a few more. Some
participants have expressed interest in carpooling. If you would like to carpool, let us know in advance that you are coming, meet in the club parking lot at 9:00 a.m. and we’ll load up from there. Following the tour, for those interested, we can have lunch at the Lonnie Pool Clubhouse also on the Centennial Campus with a spectacular view of downtown Raleigh. Reservations are required. Please let JoAnne Drane know (either by email or phone) not later than noon on
Friday, November 3 if you wish to join the group for lunch. This has been a fun informative
outing in the past and we are sure it will be no less so this time. Come join us!
