Please help us support the UNC Rex Hospital’s Food Pantry, which provides food insecure patients with healthy groceries upon leaving the hospital. Your efforts will ensure that our community members have access to nourishment for healing and recovery.

The Triangle Strings Orchestra is a community orchestra of about 35 amateur string musicians. They meet on Wednesdays at Meredith College in Raleigh. The TSO perform a concert at the end of each semester in Carswell Concert Hall at Meredith. The Woman’s Club’s own Debbie Bennett will be performing with them on their final piece. The Windjammer Trio is a woodwind group comprised of a flute, a clarinet, and a bassoon. This trio is a mix of professional musicians who just can’t quit performing. They play many different musical styles. The trio is available for weddings, receptions, and corporate events. To contact them reach out to windjammertrio@gmail.com
The Dancing Divas have been bringing joy through music and dance to community groups and senior living homes for 18 years. This senior troupe, four of whom have been dancing all 18 years, wants to encourage other seniors to follow their passions and to keep moving. To schedule a performance contact judytwright@gmail.com
The Woman’s Club of Raleigh Singers is a group of women who love to sing and they meet to rehearse at this clubhouse every Tuesday. The Singers sometimes perform for the General Meetings but their primary focus is to go out to the local senior living facilities and sing for the residents there. The memory care residents especially will perk up when they experience the music they grew up with. The Singers are loving led by Lou Wells and accompanied beautifully by Pam Dannelly. www.womansclubofraleigh.org

Bell Durham is Durham’s premier handbell ensemble. They have different sizes of ensembles to fit all kinds of occasions. Bell Durham plays all genres of music.
